This is another beautiful wedding that I am grateful to be given the privilege of covering. My day began at the groom’s best man’s place in West Pennant Hills. For a while, I thought I was in the wrong place as there was nobody home. A quick phone call to Nick confirms that I was in the right place (pheww) and they were just a bit late. When they arrive, Nick and his groomsmen are in good spirits and seems very relaxed. After the getting-ready session here, I proceeded to the bride which is at Concord.
While it is a bit quiet and serene at Nick’s, the atmosphere is lively at Hannah’s family home. She apparently has a lot of brothers, sisters, nephews, and nieces. There are also a lot more relatives and friends here. There is also a traditional send-off of the bride with drums playing which makes for a very festive event.
The ceremony and location shoot occurred at Breakfast Point Country Club. The reception was at the Waterview in Bicentennial Park. The festivities continued here as there is pretty much non-stop dancing from everybody. It was such an enjoyable and happy event.
Congratulations to Nick and Hannah! It was a real pleasure working with you and I’m grateful to be part of your beautiful wedding. I wish you all the best!
