For David and Maryann, this special day was destined to happen from the time it all began in high school. When he first saw her, David thought that Maryann was stunning and one of the most beautiful girl in school. They didn’t know each other then as she was a few years senior than him. Over the years he got to know her as he became good friends with Maryann’s sister and her brother-in-law.
They started dating November 2011. David really loved that Maryann was a kind and generous person who also did animal rescue and other charity works. They both enjoy going to the markets together. They would walk around the beach and point out which houses they do and don’t like, and getting design ideas. David specially like to sit with her after a long day at work. A few months into their relationship, he was so sure that Maryann is the person he wants to be with for the rest of his life.
They got engaged in Serbia while on holiday. David had a plan to propose on a bridge, however when he went there to plant a padlock (with the message, “Will you marry me”) he noticed that the bars were too thick so he could not use the lock. So David decided to take Maryann to a fortress in Novi Sad and waited until the right moment. Her reaction – she was a bit shocked, very happy and completely surprised!
So on this fateful day that was meant to be, this wedding reflects what David and Maryann really is — fun, easy-going, and a tribute to a love strong enough to say, “Let’s do this forever.”
David and Maryann — it was such a huge honour to be entrusted with capturing your wedding day memories!
The entire wedding occurred at Ottimo House, Denham Court. Many thanks to their staff for their great service.
