Mark and Priscilla’s wedding took place at the lovely Twin Creeks Golf Club at Luddenham. The weather did not dissapoint as it was a beautiful sunny (hot!) day.
We began at Mark’s family home in St Clair. We arrived a bit earlier than schedule but the good thing is Mark and the boys are already ready for the shoot. Afterwards, we proceeded to Priscilla’s at St. Marys. I noticed though that our bride is starting to feel the jitters and although excited is feeling very nervous. Despite of this, she still remained very nice to everybody. It always amazes me how much a bride transforms beautifully once she puts on her wedding dress — from remarkable to breathtaking!
The golf club is where all the event took place — ceremony, location shoot, and reception. Having everything in one location makes for a less stressful coverage. I loved it!
For us, the highlight of the day was riding around in a golf cart during the location shoot. Each pair of the bridal party had their own golf cart to drive. It was a whacky time where everybody was racing around going to each of the places we intend to shoot. We ourselves are seated at the back of one of the cart driven by the event supervisor. This allowed us to shoot the rest of the party while moving. It is a bit of a challenge as we are constantly trying to hang on while shooting at the same time.
The reception was wonderful and you can tell that everybody where having a great time. There was the photo booth, nice food, funny and beautiful speeches, and loony guests! Specially Mark’s circle of friends as they are just absolutely funny! BTW, Mark and his friends share a common interest for performance cars and tuning. JDM Accessories ( http://jdmaccessories.com.au ) is actually Mark’s business. He sells performance and tuning parts for the enthusiasts.
It was an enchanting and magical day and I’d love to thank Mark and Priscilla for the honour of letting us be part of their special day!
