I am back at the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge for the pre-wedding shoot of our lovely couple Loula and Kallis.
They first met last December 2001 at Brighton. They were just chaperones for their friends who are meeting up in person that had been introduced through a Greek website. Loula’s first impressioni of Kallis was that he was tall, funny, and really genuine. Kallis impression of her was that she’s gorgeous, stunning, outgoing, and a little goody goody! They were destined to be together after that fateful day.
They love to hangout with each other. They would go to Brighton and just sit there and talk for hours. They enjoy shopping and watching movies. They like trialling out new things.
Kallis knew that she was “the one” the first moment he met her. For Loula, it was while on a trip to Europe. She had never missed someone the way that she missed Kallis. All she wanted to do was talk to him and see him. It’s the whole being away from someone and not knowing what the other person’s feeling towards you. Especially when you are half way across the world!
Before Kallis popped the questions, he made sure to ask the parents first. Once their blessing had been given, he decided to take Loula out for dinner at a nice little place in Brighton. After dinner, he asked that they walk around for a bit. They headed towards where they used to hang out, and sat down at one of the picnic tables. Kallis couldn’t sit still. He got up, paced around, and then decided this is it. He got down on one knee, took out the box with the ring and asked Loula if she would marry him. Loula started getting teary-eyed and said yes! She was happy and ecstatic! Kallis was so nervous but it all turned out good!
They are both set to marry in October 2013. Watch out for our coverage of that event.
